NATURE OF PRODUCTS
All products sold through tatakis.com and shoptatakis.com are produced upon order and made specifically for each customer.
For this reason, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Returns or refunds are therefore not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Once your request is reviewed:

If approved, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost

In most cases, return of the item is not required

If a return is necessary, you will receive instructions before proceeding

Products returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
