All prints sold through tatakis.com and shoptatakis.com are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We maintain a 30-day replacement policy exclusively for defective or damaged products. If the product is returned to us, it will be replaced at no additional cost.

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the shipping process and return address. Products returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.

3. Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether a replacement has been approved. If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched promptly and at no additional cost.
