I shot this at Volax, Drama, Macedonia, Greece. This is a man dressed in a zoomorphic costume during the custom of 'Arapides', which takes place every year on January 7. They are looking scary and carry pastoral bells on their waists, to scare away the folkloric Christmass trolls, called "Kallikantzari".

  • Printed on awarded Hahnemühle Baryta Photo Rag paper with pigment Canon Lucia Inks, guaranteed to last >100 years.

From My Camera to a Museum

This video documents the complete process behind a fine-art photograph: from the moment it is captured to its final presentation in a museum or exhibition space.

It is not about gear or technique alone, but about intention, editing, printing, and decision-making.

This is the same process I follow for works exhibited in museums and cultural institutions in Greece and abroad.
